Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I wasn’t really sure WHERE to post it.
I have all of the files and the database from my site. (We’re changing servers) The old server is gone.
Is there an EASY way to get my site up and running again with what I have?
Answer:
FTP the files to the new site.
Import the .sql database export file you got from the old site into the new database via phymyadmin on your hosting control panel.
Verify the DB parameters in wp-config.php
If you’re not changing domains, that’s pretty much it.
